Lake Michigan's shivery and stinging winds cooled the naked tops of the old growth.  Spring fought and wrestled and battled to warm the forest floor.   So excited, I belly crawl amongst the brand new growth and joyous energy the crisp new forest smells of Spring ushers in.  My knees and elbows moisten as the sink into the rich and fertile soil.  I find a part of my Heart here, waiting for me always, every time.  So connected here, I trust and need these woods, every time.
